Pricing

For orders placed from within Australia, prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax). GST does not apply to orders that are to be shipped outside Australia.

Whilst we do our best to ensure prices are up to date and correct, errors may occur and in this case you will be contacted before your order is shipped.

Payment

Balmoral Paddlesurf accepts PAYPAL and most major credit cards for online orders. You will be asked to enter your card details and the name and the address of the card holder when you place the order. These details will be checked and we may hold an order until we receive the correct details. You will be contacted if we find the card or address details to be incorrect. The processing of payment for orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin until the next working day.

Stock levels

Balmoral Paddlesurf updates the availability of stock regularly. Items that are ‘Out Of Stock’ should be displayed as such. In the rare event of a problem with availability of a product marked ‘In Stock’, we will contact you. You may then wish to cancel the order or wait until the item becomes available.

Out of stock

There are instances when products become temporarily ‘Out Of Stock’, and these products are generally marked as such in the site. If a product is out of stock, you can pre order the item and we will send to you as soon as we have the product back in stock. We will normally advise on the product page, how long we expect it to take to have the product back in stock.
